Orient Express on 3Win8 is a Chinese slot, not a train ride
The old page described a European train slot. The 3Win8 game with this name is red and gold, with a tiger wild, a dragon scatter and a ship.
The old article for this page was copied from a different game. It talked about Paris, Venice, Istanbul and walking wilds. The 3Win8 Orient Express in the screenshots has none of that. It's a bright red and gold Chinese-themed slot, with paper-cut koi, gold ingots, a money tree in a pot, lanterns, a bowl of tang yuan and a chubby lucky doll.
Tiger, dragon and ship
The tiger is the wild. It lands only on reels 2 and 4, substitutes for everything except the dragon, and doubles a win it takes part in. The red dragon is the scatter, paying anywhere at 3, 15 or 200 times the total bet for three, four or five. Three or more also award 15 free games, played at the lines and bet you triggered them with.
During the free games a sailing junk can appear on reel 3. It's a wild too, and it multiplies the win by 2, 4 or 8. If a tiger is in the same line the two multipliers combine, which is where the "up to 16x" headline on the help page comes from. The feature can be retriggered.
Bets

How do the free games work?
Three or more dragon scatters anywhere give 15 free games at the same lines and bet. During them a ship can land on reel 3 as a wild that multiplies the win by 2, 4 or 8, and the feature can be retriggered.
What does 16x mean on the help screen?
It's the largest multiplier you can stack. The tiger doubles a win and the ship can multiply by up to 8, and the two combine, so 2 times 8 gives 16.
