Lotto Madness on 3Win8: numbered balls on five reels

Despite the name, nothing is drawn here. Lotto Madness is a regular 20-line slot dressed up as a lottery, with numbered pool-style balls from 6 to 10 as the low symbols. The old page got muddled and said it had "3 reels" and "5 reels" in the same sentence. The screenshots show five reels and three rows.
What's on the pay table
A lottery ticket marked "Wild card" is the wild and the best symbol, 10,000 for five. It counts as any symbol except the scatter and the bonus. A gold dollar sign is the scatter, paying 5, 10 or 50 times the total bet for three, four or five, added to your line wins. Stacks of cash pay 1,000, a bottle of bubbly with two glasses pays 500, and a grinning winner waving his ticket pays 400. The balls go from 300 for five 6s down to 100 for five 10s.
The bonus symbol is a little prize wheel on a stand. It has to land on reels 1 and 5 to start the bonus round.
Lines and bets
Lines and Line Bets both have minus and plus buttons, so you can play anything from 1 to 20 lines. The screens show 20 lines at 0.10 (2.00 a spin) and 4 lines at 0.05 (0.20). Minor, Random Jackpot and Major boxes sit above the reels.

The help screen says bonus symbols, a small prize wheel, landing on reels 1 and 5 start the bonus round. We have no screenshot of the round itself.
What does the wild pay?
The lottery ticket wild pays 10,000 for five, 1,000 for four, 100 for three and 10 for two. It stands in for everything except the scatter and the bonus symbol.
Is Lotto Madness a real lottery?
No. It's an ordinary slot with a lottery theme. The balls are just symbols on the reels, and no numbers are drawn.
