ACE333 install notes, from first install to clean removal
Most install guides stop when the app opens. This one also covers taking ACE333 off again: the Android permission, the iPhone developer trust and the Windows leftovers.
Most install guides stop at the moment the app opens. The old ACE333 page did too: buttons for Android, iPhone and Windows, eight iPhone screenshots ending with "make sure you have your personal ID account", and an FAQ about how ACE333 was expanding into Europe and the United States. The buttons are dead, the screenshots vanished with their host, and the expansion talk is gone. These notes cover the full cycle, including the part people forget: putting things back.
Going on: Android
ACE333 was never in Google Play. The store lists real-money gambling only from operators licensed in the country, and online gambling is illegal in Malaysia, so the app came as an APK from an agent. Take it only from the agent who issued your ID, and ask for the version and file size so you can compare.
The app that opens the file needs "Install unknown apps", under Settings > Apps > Special app access. Grant it to that one browser or file manager. On first launch, ACE333 should want nothing beyond the internet and perhaps notifications. Accessibility, SMS or contacts requests mean the file has been tampered with.
Going on: iPhone and Windows
On iPhone, tap the icon, cancel the Untrusted Enterprise Developer warning, then open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and trust the company under Enterprise App. That lets its signed apps run and nothing more. Apple revokes such certificates, so a build that works today may not open next month.
On Windows the EXE will likely meet a SmartScreen warning, since nobody known signed it. Scan it before running it, and don't disable your antivirus for it.
Coming off again
This is the part the old page never mentioned.
- Android permission. Go back to Install unknown apps and switch the browser or file manager off. Do it right after installing, not months later.
- Android app. Settings > Apps > ACE333 > Uninstall. If the button is greyed out, check the device admin list under Settings > Security first.
- iPhone. Delete the app. When no apps from that developer remain, its entry leaves VPN & Device Management on its own. If you ever installed a configuration profile for it, remove that too.
- Windows. Uninstall from Settings > Apps, then check the Startup list in Task Manager for anything left behind.
- Your money. Settle the balance with your agent before you go. Screenshot the final amount.

Questions people ask
Does deleting ACE333 delete my game ID or credit?
No. The ID and its balance sit on the operator's server. Before uninstalling, write down your ID and settle any balance with the agent who issued it.
How do I remove the trusted developer on iPhone?
Delete the ACE333 app and any other apps from the same developer. Once none are left, the entry disappears from Settings > General > VPN & Device Management by itself.
ACE333 won't uninstall on Android. What now?
It may have been made a device administrator. Look for it under Settings > Security > Device admin apps (the name varies), switch it off, then uninstall. A genuine slot app never needs that role.
