Golf Champions, a golf slot with platypus, crow and frog scatters
Golf shoes, carts and pink and blue balls on five lines. Why three frogs didn't start the bonus, and how the clipboard pay table reads.
Three frog scatters landed on the bottom row in one of our screenshots, and nothing happened. The reason is in the small print of the pay table: three or more scatters of the same kind start the bonus only on consecutive reels, and these frogs sat on reels 1, 3 and 5.
Clipboard pay table
The pay table sits on a clipboard. Golf shoes pay 50 for five, the beer glass 100, a red Golf Champions flag 150, the blue golf bag 200, the yellow cart 250, the pink ball 500 and the blue ball 1000. A pair of golden balls, pinned to the corner, is the wild and pays 2000 for five. Nearly everything pays for two.
The wild is limited to standing in for the blue and pink balls, and wild wins can pay both ways on a line. The scatters are a platypus, a black crow and a green frog. We don't have a screen of the bonus round they lead to.
Five lines, small bets
With five lines at bet 1 and 0.01, a spin costs MPV 0.05. On one line it's MPV 0.01, and here four pairs of shoes on line 1 paid 10, shown as MPV 0.10.

Is Golf Champions the same as Golden Tour?
The pay tables match number for number, with five lines, a golden ball wild and three scatter animals. The art is different: pink and blue balls, and a platypus, a crow and a frog as scatters.
Why didn't three frog scatters start the bonus?
They must land on consecutive reels, starting from the left or the right. In our screenshot the frogs were on reels 1, 3 and 5, so they didn't count.
What does the wild replace?
Only the blue and pink golf balls, according to the pay table. Wild combinations can pay both ways on a line.
