Hi-Lo: call the next card higher, lower or the same
One card face up, and you bet on the next. Higher, Lower and Snap prices that move with every card, plus side bets. From the old NTC33 screens.
Hi-Lo is about the simplest bet a live studio offers: a dealer at a blue table turns one card face up, and you bet on whether the next one ranks higher, lower or the same. The old page had no text for it, only five screenshots, so everything here comes from those. We've blurred the dealer, the balance and the player ID.
The table
Across the felt runs a strip of ranks, 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 J Q K A, with the current card lit up. There is no 10 in that strip. Below it are three calls: HIGHER, SNAP (the same rank again) and LOWER.
Prices and side bets
Once betting opens, the video shrinks and a blue panel shows the price of each call. With an 8 of clubs up, Higher was x2.31 and Lower x1.92. With a 7 of spades, the numbers swapped. Snap stayed at x12.06 in both.
To the right are side bets on the next card: an Ace at x11.56, a King or Ace at x5.78, black or red at x1.92 each, and three rank groups, 2345, 6789 and JQKA, at x2.89. Under the chips are Bet Some and Bet All, and on the right Clear, Collect All and Collect Some, which look like a way to keep part of a win riding on the next card. Our screens don't show a full run.

Questions people ask
How does Hi-Lo work?
A dealer turns one card face up. You bet whether the next card will rank higher, lower or exactly the same (Snap). The prices change with every card because each call covers a different number of ranks.
Why do the Higher and Lower prices change?
With an 8 showing, Higher pays x2.31 and Lower x1.92. With a 7 showing, it flips to Higher x1.92 and Lower x2.31. The side with fewer ranks left to hit pays more.
What are the limits?
The info box on every screen shows a minimum of RM5 and a payout limit of RM5,000. The chips run 5, 10, 25, 100, 250, 1K and 5K.
