Jin Qian Wa, the money frog on red and purple reels

Jin Qian Wa means golden money frog, the three-legged charm people keep near the till for luck. In our screenshots the frog never appears as a picture. Instead there's a green jade tile with 金钱蛙 in gold characters, and that tile is what starts the free games.
The grid
This is a five-by-four grid, framed in gold with pagoda roof tips, on a purple background. The card letters are drawn as red brush strokes on dark red. The picture symbols are carved: a green jade qilin, a white elephant, a golden tortoise and a black and white yin-yang disc. On both sides of the reels, a gauge shows how many lines are active, from 1 up to 40.
The banner at the top of that screen reads: 金钱蛙 on reels 2 + 3 + 4 trigger free games. The first screenshot has the tile on reels 2 and 3 only.
The panel has LINES, LINE BET, BET MAX, AUTO PLAY, SPIN and TURBO MODE. The first screen plays 40 lines at RM0.01, RM0.40 a spin, and the others play a single line.

What does Jin Qian Wa mean?
It's the golden money frog, 金钱蛙, a lucky charm in Chinese tradition. The characters on the game's logo tile are the same three.
How do you trigger the free games?
A banner says the logo tile on reels 2, 3 and 4 triggers free games. Our screens show the tile on reels 2 and 3 but not a free game round.
How many lines are there?
40. The line meters on both sides of the reels read 40 LINES at full bet, and the first screen shows 40 lines at RM0.01 for RM0.40.
